Система і мережа: зміна технологій управління

Abstract

Розглядаються теоретичні підходи аналізу соціального простору пост-модерну, досліджуються чинники його формування та моделі управління. Аналізуються принципи системного управління та мережевої організації суспільного життя, їх відмінності та взаємооберненість. Розглядається трансформація соціального середовища в контексті глобального світу та зміна ієрархічної системної структури динамічною мережевою, яка передбачає активність і мобільність усіх елементів.

The theoretical approaches of analysis of postmodern social space are considered, the factors of its formation and management models are investigated. The structure of system management and network organization of social life, their mutual opposition and mutual conditionality are analyzed. The transformation of the social environment in the context of the global world is considered. The main metamorphoses of the system arrangement and its characteristics - the vertical hierarchy and mediation center, are also analyzed. They are replaced by a dynamic network structure - not hierarchical, horizontal, decentralized, with self-sufficient activity of each actor. The transition from the system to network space of existence, to a new structural model of social relations becomes the main precondition of the postmodern era both in the private, corporate, national, and global plan. The purpose of the article is to analyze the laws of institutional development and the paradigmatic transition to a new structural model of social relations, the characteristics of structural changes in the postmodern social space; the investigation of the factors of the state system unlocking, on the one hand, external global processes, and on the other hand, internal liberal decentralization.
