Abstract

Close information communication between representatives of education, science and the real sector of the economy is the key to creating an innovative products, successful development of business processes, innovative management and marketing of enterprises. Scientists and practitioners for exchange of results of scientific research, development and design developments use the opportunities to participate in various scientific forums, conferences, seminars, etc. They are important as traditional activities for the exchange of experience and information in order to obtain research results a base of new innovative, market-competitive products, goods and services. The format of such events usually involves the presence of a significant number of participants, conducting ceremonial procedures, as the rule is to greet dignitaries. This definitely increases status of the event and stimulates the involvement of young scientists in them.
