Planning technologies for the preparation of high school teachers based in the experience of European countries

Abstract

This article There reviewed European experience of multilevel professional pedagogical teachers training teaching for secondary and higher educational establishments; There analyzed state educational standards in Germany, France, Great Britain which state the mentioned training; There emphasized different models of pedagogical training in European countries: consequent, synchronous and integrative; There researched the problem of filling and structuring studying plans teachers in European countries. Author tells about technology of pedagogical preparation which makes six successive stages of educational process is offered in the article, and it pedagogical tool. This technology is examined as a system of the scientifically grounded operations, technical actions and functions of teacher, which guarantee achievement of the put purpose of preparation of master's.
